Unfair Negative Feedback which E-Bay will not prevent.

When I sell an item, at the first opportunity I send the Buyer an Invoice and an e-mail thanking them for their custom together with a time the item will be posted, when its actually in the post I advise the buyer of this and leave positive feedback,(and ask for return feedback when they have received the goods and are satisfied)
